TOOLING

(PLUGS & MOULDS)

Based on the customer’s CAD model of the product, we engineer and manufacture plugs and moulds, suitable for vacuum infusion, RTM, prepreg, vacuum bagging and other high-temperature applications. Plugs are made with high precision on modern CNC milling machines. The geometrical accuracy of each model is verified by 3D scanning and compared with the basic CAD model.
 

PRODUCTION 
EQUIPMENT

Since the entire project is created in a CAD environment, which enables the production of not only accurate moulds, but also all the necessary work equipment required for producing the product. Together with subcontractors, we provide precise and large-scale equipment to speed up production and assure precision and quality. Each tool is verified by measurements and 3D scanning and afterwards confirmed by the production of the first prototype – FAI.
